Very low level sorry

VERY BAD

ich hab das spiel mal einfach geladen weil ich checkers liebe... klasse umgesetzt! unbedingt laden! i downloaded this game cause i really love checkers... its really good! must-have! hahaha easy controls, ive just been playing it for 5 min now, but so far, its greeat.

It is a good game if you like checkers I would prefer to have my own mouse hand An Undo move would be nice Glad that you dont have to play fullscreen Overall a great app

No complaints: graphics are clean, neat, and organized; options button includes setting for sound/difficulty level, and you can play against a computer/a friend. An optional improvement may be to include rules within the game instead of on here.

Unfortunately I can only rate this as “okay”. The expert level is pretty well unbeatable for me so I switched to the medium skills level. This one is easy because it is programmed incorrectly. THe computer makes all kinds of mistakes and the opponent often makes moves that do not make sense. (i.e. moves the king or regular pieces into a position where they will be jumped and often in such a stupid position that the game is lost that might have been won if the move had not been made.) So basically it is s situation that is frustrating whether you play the expert level, which is nearly impossible to win, or you play the medium level, which is so easy to win that it is not enjoyable. Can’t say I would recommend this free version and because it is so disappointing, I can’t be bothered getting the “full version”.

This is a good aplication for checkers, it plays quite well, but you’ve got to be kidding me with these pop-up ads! Banner advertisments are one thing, but pop up ads!?! At least they’re only at the end of a game. Still, I thought pop up ads were something you didn’t see from an app on the app store. Sad, since the rest of the game is so nice!

UI looks like hell, launches in fullscreen by default with stupid animations that waste too much time, stupid overridden mouse cursor… “get full version”… no Retina support… I actually even didn’t try to play, instantly moved to trash. goodbye potboilers.

I got this a while back, and have noticed that if I’ve played a few games, the game will develop a glitch where the computer’s kinged pieces will move, but the former place still has an image of the kinged checker there - ?? I haven’t been keeping track of how often, but I’d say it’s happening about one time out of 6 to 8 games played - and mainly occurs when playing several games in a row. And now they want to put in ads? Think I’ll settle for the flawed version that I have, until somebody comes out with a checkers game that is more bug-free than this one. :-P

For a free game, its ok. Ive seen a few glitches when trying to move a piece diagonally & forward into a free spot, I could not.

Played against the computer and didnt notice any problems.

Well I enjoyed it.. I beat the computer my first go at the game so it does not seem to be too hard. Then agan maybe im pretty good!!!

While this game is entertaining, its also increadibly easy to beat the computer. My four year old daughter likes to play...Its free so who can truly complain....

Finally! Theyve come up with a checkers game that can beat me on expert! And its free! :D The beginner and intermediate are good also, for new/developing players, not to mention the option to turn on or off force jumping (if you can take a piece, you are forced take that piece instead of making whatever move you want). You can have a two player games, where people take turns at the keyboard. My only criticism is that an online feature to connect with other players would have been greatly appreciated. Otherwise, I love it. All the checkers games Ive tried online, other downloads, I can beat them easily with at least 3-4 kings at the end. Now, the computer just beat me 8 times in a row. Gonna have to think up of some new strategies for this one... @(-_-)@ <-- My monkey aproves of this.

I am not a checkers master, so I found this challenging enough and definitely worth the DL.

AI is pretty stupid even on expert.

At first it seems pretty cool, except that some "glitch" in the programing doesnt allow you to QUIT the game once its opened! Quite frustrating. Its fate will be "UNINSTALLED".

The game has a glitch where if you accidentaly click a checker more than once, it will duplicate and inlay itself into the background, so it wont move and will just be an annoyance. The game itself, glitches aside, is very easy, a novice could easily beat it. Its free, so whatever.

i worked fine for a while but for some reason now it doesnt open i click on the app and it bouces in my dock and then closes
